もう9月なんですね。9月と言えばセプテンバー、と来たら…やっぱりこの曲が浮かびます。アースウインド＆ファイヤー『September』（1978年）
あまりの名曲で一年中聞こえて来ますがいつ聴いても気持ちが盛り上がる曲。
夏が過ぎ秋に向けての爽やかな季節に気持ちの良い曲〜♪とか思っていたのですが12月のクリスマスシーズンに9月21日の事を思い出す内容の歌詞なんですね。衝撃！
華やかな演奏、声の良さはもちろんですが衣装も面白いし、沢山いるメンバーがもっと沢山いるような映像も賑やかで楽しいです♪
It’s already September. And when I hear “September,” of course this song comes to mind—Earth, Wind & Fire’s September (1978).
Such a masterpiece, it feels like it plays all year round, and no matter when you listen, it always lifts your spirits.
I used to think of it as a refreshing song for the transition from summer to autumn, but then I was shocked to realize the lyrics are actually about remembering September 21st during the Christmas season in December!
The performance is dazzling—not only the incredible vocals but also the fun costumes. And the way the many band members appear even more numerous on screen makes the whole vibe lively and joyful. 🎶
